Question: In wow, can i sell random things in the auctions? like herbs ores and stuff?

Umm yeah, only things u cant are BOP items, but yeah ppl do buy herbs and ores and that kinda stuff. Gosh I am starting to miss World of Warcraft again haven't played in months, its a good game and I'm level 80 blood elf rogue.

It's a completely consumer dependent virtual economy. You can attempt to sell anything, it may or may not be purchased. It all depends on your server's needs and wants.
